ASCO & JOUCOMATIC were both purchased during the mid 1980’s and merged during the 1990’s.
Joucomatic, France’s premier pneumatic manufacturer was later joined by Numatics, USA’s leading brand to offer one of the most comprehensive ranges of fluid power in the UK. AVENTICS, formerly known as Bosch Rexroth, Germany’s outstanding manufacturer for pneumatic products was added to the Emerson portfolio in 2018. These outstanding brands all under the same roof give arguably the most complete range available today for pneumatic solutions.
The Sirai solenoid valve product range was merged with the ASCO brand of solenoid valves in 2009 and has been integrated into the fluid control division of the Emerson group of automation solutions
